This adapter is wired for Tesla charging equipment and most Level 2 chargers with a 14-50 plug. It can be plugged into straight blade outlets rated at 20A with the NEMA 5-20 configuration, typically found at most business/industrial wall outlets, as well as household kitchen or garage outlets.
