GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) provides personal protection from ground faults and open neutral conditions for the job site, plant floor or workshop. GFCI is UL listed and meets OSHA specifications. When using a GFCI adapter for an outlet that is not protected, the adapter should always be placed nearest the outlet (GFCI then the extension cord).

This GFCI pigtail adapter has a NEMA 5-15 Loc-King plug and connector that can be used with other products in the series. The male plug has a Secure Twist Ring that easily fastens around the connector to keep the cords firmly attached, while the connector includes a protective cap to cover it when not in use. The bright green outer jacket helps this adapter stand out from other power cords.

This generator pigtail adapter plugs into a L5-30 outlet and allows a device with a L14-30 plug to receive power. It is commonly used to connect a power inlet box with a L14-30 configuration to a generator without having to rewire the setup. The single 125V hot wire from the L5-30 configuration is split to provide power to both hot wires needed for the L14-30. Both the male plug and female connector are fully molded on this adapter.
